Here is the problem: if your UV lamps aren’t built for that kind of chaos, they start acting up. You’ll see flickering, the output gets wonky, or your ballasts just give up the ghost way too early. The nightmare of “striping” Most lamps fail in these environments because they’re cheap. They use low-grade capacitors that can’t filter out the “noise” on the line, or they just don’t have enough shielding. We do things differently.
