Curing speed comes down to one thing: how much light actually hits your material. It’s a balancing act. We look at your conveyor speed and how thick your ink is to figure out the right wattage. Because if you blast too much power into a small space? You’ll scorch your substrate. But if you go too light, your ink stays tacky and ruins the job. We tweak the tube length and voltage until the energy is spread perfectly across the whole print width. No dead spots, no burnt edges.
Gear that actually fits
We aren’t into “standard sizes.” Your machines are different, and your space is unique. Just tell us the dimensions of your curing chamber and we’ll build a lamp that fits. We handle the custom lengths and the specific connectors so it’s a simple drop-in replacement. Plus, we use high-grade quartz glass. It lasts longer and lets more UV light through, so you aren’t replacing bulbs every five minutes.
The honest truth about heat
Here is the catch: higher intensity means more heat. A lot of it. If you move up to a high-wattage array, you’ve got to look at your cooling fans. If your airflow isn’t up to the task, the heat will kill your lamp life and—even worse—warp your printing plates. It’s a pain, but it’s better to fix the fans now than to scrap a whole run of prints later. We keep things simple. You get a lamp that hits your targets and fits your machine.
