Introduction

We built these Energy-Efficient UV Sterilization Systems for the places where you can’t afford to mess around. The kind of industrial environments where downtime isn’t an option and your output has to be rock solid, day in and day out.
Our halogen UV lamps are all about focus. They blast out targeted ultraviolet energy, giving you the sheer power you need to sterilize even on high-speed production lines.

Getting Under the Hood

The heart of the system is a high-intensity halogen UV lamp, and it was designed to just keep going. It delivers consistent power, no matter how demanding your sterilization cycle gets.
Here’s the thing about its design: we run these lamps on high voltage—around 400V. This gives you stable ignition and a steady arc, which means you get reliable performance for the entire life of the lamp. That high-voltage approach also helps keep the unit compact, but it does mean your electrical setup needs to be ready for it.
With a 2500W power draw, you’re dealing with serious heat. So, your cooling system has to be up to the task. We size the physical unit to fit standard industrial fixtures—about 300mm long—so you don’t have to re-engineer your space just to get the power you need.
